Contact enquiries. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent given by submitting the form.

Download email. When you download the Plana House drawings, we collect your email address. We use this to send you occasional updates about the project. You may unsubscribe at any time by writing to km@planaa.ch. Legal basis: your consent given at the time of download.

Analytics (with your consent only). With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. This involves the placement of cookies and the transfer of anonymised usage data to Google LLC (USA). You can withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. Legal basis: consent.

3. Cookies

This website uses cookies only if you consent to analytics. No cookies are set without your prior consent. You can accept or decline cookies when you first visit the site, and change your preference at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

4. Third-Party Services

• Netlify — hosts this website and processes form submissions. Data is stored on Netlify's servers (USA). Netlify is bound by a Data Processing Agreement. See Netlify Privacy Policy.
• Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — used for website analytics (only with consent). See Google Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

Contact and download form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, and deleted upon request. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.

6. Your Rights (Swiss nFADP)

Under Swiss data protection law, you have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
• Object to the processing of your personal data

Some of our service providers (Netlify, Google) are based in the USA. These transfers are made on the basis of standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards recognised under Swiss law.
